Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation for the Waypoint Retreat, here’s how we’ll handle it:

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your spot and help us cover upfront costs.
  
  

• If you cancel more than 45 days before the retreat, you’ll receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
  
  

• If you cancel within 45 days of the retreat, we won’t be able to offer a refund. However, if we’re able to fill your spot, we’ll gladly refund you (minus the deposit).
  
  

• You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to someone else if you can no longer attend—just let us know in advance.
  
  

We’re a small, people-first business, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible and fair. If you’re facing an emergency or exceptional situation, please reach out—we care more about people than policies.
