Introducing Vienna Waits

We've spent our entire professional lives helping ourselves. It’s not easy to admit, but our careers have centered around earning more money, equity, and power so that we can have and do more things. After 15-20 years of this, we've found ourselves asking 'is this really it'?

Vienna Waits marks an intentional shift—a decision to center our professional lives on serving and helping others, rather than just ourselves.

Our work will be a reflection of our core values: Gratitude, Authenticity, Balance, Development/Growth, Resilience, and Adventure. We’re committed to being VERY real—openly sharing our stories while walking alongside those who join us on this journey. While we'll lead with our stories and experiences, we are NOT the experts and don’t claim to have all the answers. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share not just our stories, but also the stories and work of others that inspire and guide us along the way.

Our journey to this point has been anything but conventional. Together, we’ve built a second marriage and a modern family that we’re truly proud of, all while navigating and overcoming shame, grief, and learning to build resilience.

Our path to helping others will unfold through content shared on social media, our blog, and programs designed for individuals and teams. Every piece of content and every program we create is centered around empowering people to make intentional choices in their lives.

Our first program, launching January 2025 is called UNBLOCK Yourself and it marks the starting point in our journey with this community. It is designed to help build resilience, which is a skill that can be developed with practice, and UNBLOCK Yourself will do just that. People who join this program will be given the opportunity to practice resilience, and prove to themselves just how powerful they are when they are intentional about achieving a goal.

Vienna Waits is for those who, like us, have achieved success but are still haunted by the question: “Is THIS it?” It’s for mid-career professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and parents searching for clarity and deeper meaning. It’s for those in transition—whether turning 30, 40, or 50, navigating a career shift, or dealing with the loss of a loved one.

It’s for individuals who value personal growth, adventure, and taking control of their lives. Above all, it’s for those who believe in the power of self-reflection, goal-setting, and living authentically.

As Billy Joel says in the song that inspired our name, "You can get what you want or you can just get old". We created Vienna Waits to help people define what they really want, and then get after it in in this one life they have. We want to spend the rest of our lives doing this.

Welcome to Vienna Waits.
